"The packaging and vessel are gorgeous, as is true of all the Maker candles. However, the scent is far too smoky for me. It overwhelms all the other notes and is not something I will want to burn in my home."

"I absolutely love the vessel and the scent, however, the wax was not poured well into the vessel. When it arrived you could see it had pulled away from one side and after trimming the wick and burning it, the candle burned unevenly and has a few sink holes. It’s quite an expensive candle so overall it’s disappointing to have spent the money on a candle that isn’t burning properly."

"Gifted by The Maker. This is a decent sized candle with a heavy glass. The smell is strong and definitely earthy in essence. The sandalwood and silly ink smell is pretty prominent compared to the other scents. Great as a gift, not too sure for myself."

I turned off the TV and grabbed a book and just enjoyed my peace and quiet. The candle is fragrant and burns cleans which are the two most important things for me for a candle. Now to the smell, its nothing like i ever smelled before the notes say ink so i was a bit concerned it wouldn't smell good. It has such a good smell reminds me of a really sexy hot guy. Just exactly how'd you'd image them to smell. Very musky but attractive that you do not want to stop smelling."
