Kurosawa Nigori Sake - 0.75 oz
Dolin Dry Vermouth - 0.75 oz
Rhum Vieux Agricole (barrel aged agricole rum) 0.25oz
Green Fig Preserves - 1 barspoon
Botanical Tincture (made from white flowers & steeped in a botanical gin)


Rinse the glass with botanical tincture and then dispose.

In a glass cocktail mixer, add all ingredients including preserves.
Stir with ice for 40 seconds, until the glass feels cool to the touch.
Double fine strain into a martini glass or coupe.

Mist botanical tincture atop the glass once poured
Garnish with a dehydrated fig.
