The site is owned and operated by the maker group llc, who we refer to, together with our affiliates, as “us”, “we” or “our”. When we refer to “you” and “your” in this privacy policy, we are referring to you as a visitor to and user of the site.

This privacy policy describes what information we may collect from or about you, how we collect it, how we use it, and with whom and why we may share it. • Billing information: if you transact business with us, such as by making a reservation or purchasing products or services from us, we will collect applicable billing information from you, such as credit card or bank account information, or, depending on payment options, information about your other payment method. This information may be collected through one of our third-party service providers. We collect and use this information to hold reservations, complete purchases, and process required payments.

• Application information: if you inquire about employment opportunities with us, we will receive all of the personal information you include with your application. This will generally include your name, contact information, résumé information (such as education and employment history), and all other information you voluntarily provide with your submission. We use this information to evaluate and respond to applications.

• Other information: from time to time, we may offer opportunities to participate in events and we may allow guests to review our services. We use a variety of industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. We store the personal information you provide on secure (password- and firewall-protected) servers. all electronic financial transactions conducted through our site are protected by encryption technology.

Our site is not targeted to, and we have no interest in collecting information from children.
